Are your peptides independently lab tested?
Every product undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it meets our clinical standards for research. The average purity of our products is greater than 99%. Please check our Lab Results page for further information.
How should I store my products upon arrival?
In lyophilized form, for short-term use, products can be stored at room temperature in a dark space. For long-term stability, we recommend storage freezer maintained at -4°F. Reconstituted peptides should be stored in a refrigerator at 36–42°F
How quickly will my order ship?
We aim for efficiency. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends). Once your label is created via our shipping partner, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package’s journey.
How do I reconstitute my products?
Generally, we recommend using Bacteriostatic Water. To preserve the integrity of the peptide, do not spray the water directly onto the powder; instead, let it run slowly down the side of the glass vial and gently swirl, never shake, until dissolved.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Our volume discount program rewards larger order quantities. The discounts will automatically populate within your shopping cart.
Does every product have a downloadable COA?
No. A downloadable file appears only when its identity matches the product record. When a matched file is not available, the document status is shown clearly rather than substituting another product’s certificate. Please review the COA Library.
What does a displayed purity percentage represent?
It is the lot-specific percentage reported in the linked analytical certificate. It is presented as document metadata, not as a statement of clinical suitability, safety, or intended use.
What are Verityde products intended for?
Verityde products are supplied exclusively for research use. They are not for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or disease prevention.
